I am a partner in Otterbourg’s Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department, representing debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and litigation/liquidation trusts in several large and complex bankruptcy cases. I also represent court-appointed fiduciaries, including receivers and trustees, and have provided counsel to independent committees formed to investigate potential causes of action, such as fraudulent conveyances. I also provide legal support in mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution matters, In addition, I have represented foreign banks, hedge funds, and other institutional lenders in commercial and bankruptcy litigation throughout the country covering a wide-range of issues, including contract interpretation and enforcement, unjust enrichment, fraud, misrepresentation, malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent conveyance and the pursuit of claims in bankruptcy.
