The National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) is the preeminent organization for federal equity receivers, their professionals, and others seeking to become involved in federal equity receivership work. NAFER is dedicated to providing excellent receivership education and networking opportunities and instilling confidence in those selecting NAFER receivers and their professionals.

NAFER is looking forward to its 15th Annual Conference at the St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colorado, October 19 - 22, 2026. Make plans to connect with your fellow NAFER members, receivers, their attorneys and other professionals, judges and regulators, and learn about trending issues in the receivership industry. This year the conference kicks off on Monday, October 19 at 2:00 PM with education sessions and a welcome reception. Stay through until Thursday morning when our education sessions will wrap up at 10:15 AM.

Hotel Rate

NAFER has secured a special rate of $399 + 12.35% tax for October 19 - 22, 2026. To ensure you receive this special rate, be sure to book your room before September 16, 2026. In order to book your hotel room, you must first register for the NAFER 2026 Annual Conference. The link to book your hotel room will be sent in your conference registration confirmation email. 

Room Taxes: Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.35%) in effect at the time of checkout.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a 100% prepayment of room and tax or guaranteed with a major credit card that will be charged thirty (30) days prior to arrival or guaranteed by Customer.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the guest folio of the reserved stay.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made without penalty until twenty one (21) days prior to your arrival date.  Cancellations within twenty one (21) days of your arrival date will forfeit all deposits on record. Shortening of stay, including early departure and no-show, within (21) days, is also considered cancellation and subject to forfeiture of deposit amounts related to those room nights unused. If you have made a prepayment, the hotel will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, your credit card will be charged. This fee equals your room charge plus tax for all the nights of your reservation.

Hotel Parking: Valet: Discounted rate of $45.50/day (normally $65/day). Off-site self parking is available in the Rio Grande Parking Garage approx. 1.0 mile away.

Pet Policy: Dogs only. Dog fee is $100/stay plus an additional cleaning fee of $25/night.

NAFER will apply for CLE in all applicable states.

CPE

National Association of Federal Equity Receivers is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
Attendees may earn up to 13.2 CPE credits in the Specialized Knowledge field of study. CPE credits are based on a 50-minute hour.
