Adriana Pavon is an attorney that works alongside partners and attorneys on complex business litigation, personal injury, receiverships, and contingency-based cases.
Prior to joining Damian Valori, she focused on commercial and insurance litigation with an emphasis on property insurance disputes, including those involving windstorms, collapse, assignment of benefits, sinkholes, cast iron pipe and fraud.
During law school, Ms. Pavon was a member of the Nova Law Review. She graduated summa cum laude at the top of her class. While in law school she was a research assistant for the Dean of students where she extensively researched gender bias issues in the legal community and was vice president of the Florida Association of Women Lawyer’s chapter. While in law school she also worked in a private wealth management firm and gained experience in complex estate and financial planning strategies. Outside of her juris doctorate, Ms. Pavon also has a M.B.A. and Bachelor’s Degree.
Ms. Pavon is actively involved in child advocacy and regularly volunteers at CARE Elementary. The school is dedicated to equipping disadvantaged children with a quality education in a nurturing environment, preparing them for a successful future.
