After a retirement career in the military and fire service as a paramedic in both Texas and Montana, Mr. Berleth now concentrates on collections and receiverships. Collecting debts statewide, nationally, and globally, sophisticated debtors have keenly learned to pay judgments before allowing him to be appointed as their receiver (e.g. Natin Paul). Some debtors have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Berleth more than once. His practice concentrates on commercial judgments in excess of $100,000 against evasive and “won't-pay” debtors. Mr. Berleth lives in Houston, Texas with his significantly smarter and prettier wife, two fantastic children, two dogs, and several backyard chickens. In his spare time, he restores antique tractors and machinery. At least his dog loves him.
