Matter #1 (Mesh Suture Receivership) – Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff v. Mesh Suture, Inc. et al Defendants v. Zabelle Crosson, Intervenor/Defendant, Case No. 19-CV-03218-PAB-GPG, in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. This case was a federal interpleader case where the Receiver was just recently discharged.
Matter #2 (DJ Lester Receivership) – Securities and Exchange Commission, Plaintiff v. Donald J. Lester et al, Defendants, Equity Edge Preferred Income Fund I, LLC et al, Relief Defendants, Case No. 1:15 CV-02301 -CMA – CBS, United States District Court for the District of Colorado. This case is still on-going.
