These assets include full-service, convention, boutique and limited-service hotels, extended-stay, all-suites, condo and timeshare lodging and resorts, independent and chain restaurants, bars and nightclubs, convention, catering and special event facilities, and related leisure, travel, retail and mixed-use real estate and retail properties.
