Choose Your Own Adventure: Do you want to play a part in the case simulation or observe and learn from the audience? All attendees interested in participating will be considered to fill the active roles in the day's case simulation. Participation spots are limited, so sign up early!

Active Participant: Potentially assigned a key role in the simulation. Requires advance preparation, deliberation and planning.

Observer/Learner: Requires no preparation or participation in the simulation.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Non-sponsoring industry attendees who are from a competitor company to our title sponsor are limited to two attendees and cannot attend the opening night events.

Hosting events that coincide with any International Conference related event is strictly prohibited by all attendees.

NAFER has secured a special rate of $549 for May 2 - 5, 2027. To ensure you receive this special rate, be sure to book your room before April 2, 2027. The hotel link will be provided in your registration confirmation.

Extra adult (if room occupancy permits it): $25.00 USD. Above rate is per room, per night for 1 or 2 adults occupancy and does not include 11% service charge, 13% tax and $60.00* USD daily Resort charge. Please note that at the time of the booking, 1 night deposit will be charged which includes 11% service charge and 13% tax. (*please disregard the automated alert for $75.00 USD daily Resort charge. It will not apply to “NAFER International Conference 2027” bookings and will be corrected upon check out).

Westin Cancellation Policy

The hotel individual cancellation policies are as follows:

• 30 days or more prior to arrival: full refund
• 29 - 15 days prior to arrival: 1-night deposit
• 14 days or less prior to arrival: guest will be charged for the entire stay

Attendee Cancellation
Registrations, cancellations, and refund requests must be submitted by email to naferstaff@nafer.org.

Cancellation requests made on or before March 5, 2027 will receive a full refund.

There will be no refunds given for cancellations made after March 6, 2027.

There are no refunds for no-shows. Any requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.

Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the conference‚ you may designate a substitute to fill your spot. The registration fee will be adjusted based on the substitute’s NAFER member status. Please email naferstaff@nafer.org no later than April 5, 2027 to request a substitution.

ON-SITE SUBSTITUTIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS MADE AFTER April 5, 2027 WILL BE ASSESSED A $100 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
