- Efforts to preserve assets
- The receiver’s investigatory role
- Litigation by receivers
- And how receivers return assets to investors
Attendees will hear directly from two Judges from the Southern District of Florida—the Honorable Rodolfo A. Ruiz II and the Honorable Melissa Damian—along with Eric Bustillo, the Director of the Miami Regional Office of the SEC, and Jonathan E. Perlman and Jeffrey C. Schneider, seasoned practitioners who have served as receiver and receiver’s counsel in some of the largest enforcement actions in South Florida. There is no charge to attend this event.
