Regulatory Receiverships: A Receiver’s Role in the Larger Investigation

Monday, May 1 | 5:30 - 9:00 PM PT

A Receiver is an essential tool within the realm of asset and information preservation and recovery in a regulatory context. This program, comprised of an SEC attorney and receivership experts, will be discussing the Receiver within the investigatory context: the best practices, important strategies, and avoiding potentially disastrous pitfalls.

There is no charge to attend this event.

Please note, the Jonathan Club Downtown LA has a strict dress code. Men are required to wear a suit or collared sport coat, collared shirt, necktie and closed-toe leather dress shoes or equivalent military, religious or public agency attire, and women are required to wear a dress, business suit, pantsuit, blouse, skirt, or tailored slacks and dress shoes (including open or closed-toe shoes, mules, loafers and dressy sandals), or equivalent military, religious or public agency attire.
