The National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) is the preeminent organization for federal equity receivers, their professionals, and others seeking to become involved in federal equity receivership work. NAFER is dedicated to providing excellent receivership education and networking opportunities and instilling confidence in those selecting NAFER receivers and their professionals.

NAFER is looking forward to its 13th Annual Conference at the Ritz-Carlton in Santa Barbara, CA, October 27 - 30, 2024. Make plans to connect with your fellow NAFER members, receivers, their attorneys and other professionals, judges and regulators, and learn about trending issues in the receivership industry. This year the conference kicks off on Sunday, October 27 at 1:00 PM with education sessions and a welcome reception. Stay through until Wednesday morning when our education sessions will wrap up at 10:00 AM.

NAFER has secured a special rate of $389 for October 26 - 30, 2024. To ensure you receive this special rate, be sure to book your room before October 4, 2024. All attendees will be charged a reduced resort fee of $35/day. This fee includes the following:

NAFER will apply for CLE in all applicable states.

CPE

National Association of Federal Equity Receivers is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Attendees may earn up to (TBD) CPE credits in the Specialized Knowledge field of study and (TBD) credit in the Behavioral Ethics field of study. CPE credits are based on a 50-minute hour.

The NAFER Conference offers advanced level sessions to federal equity receivers and the professionals that support them.

Prerequisites

No advanced preparation is needed for the conference.
