He has held senior operating executive positions as a CEO, CFO, COO, and CRO, Court Appointed Receiver, Provisional Director, Court Expert and strategic consulting positions, & has served as a corporate director on public, private equity portfolio, private company, and multinational subsidiary boards. Richard is recognized as being very effective in identifying & solving problems that create business under performance & financial distress, & quickly implementing practical solutions for profitable growth & recoveries for lenders & creditors. He has also successfully mediated business disputes between owners.
Richard combines the unique experiences as a CEO, CFO and corporate director in many companies, including international Pacific Rim multinational companies. This extensive successful operating and leadership experience gives him an edge in equity receivership's because he knows how to quickly evaluate the viable alternatives, and strategize and rally people and resources to achieve superior outcomes in record time. His case management in equity receivership's is very strategic benefiting case disposition and efficiency.
Richard's experience spans various healthcare providers, food, manufacturing, consumer products, energy, distribution, retail, professional services & not for profit organizations.
Richard is a licensed Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds a California Real Estate Broker License DRE: 01900072. He has extensive Board experience over 25 years in public, private equity, private and multinational companies, and is currently an independent Director of a high growth private equity owned nutritional supplements manufacturer. He is also a Board Leadership Fellow and Directorship Certified by NACD, is a Director and President/CEO of the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter, and is a Director of the California Receivers Forum, a professional body for Receivers.
