Andrew Bernstein is a Managing Director in the Financial Advisory Services Group. He has over 35 years of experience in providing expert testimony and forensic accounting services.
Andrew has provided expert testimony on economic damages, valuation and business issues in complex business disputes. He has testified in a range of venues including federal district court, federal bankruptcy court, state court, Delaware Chancery Court, and international arbitration among others.
Andrew’s forensic accounting investigations have encompassed a wide array of matters such as responding to regulatory actions, shareholder claims, concerns of financial fraud and internal corporate concerns. He has performed investigations of banks, health care entities, public companies, governmental entities and closely head businesses.
