The information collected in the in-depth applications is used for consideration of membership eligibility, by those seeking to appoint receivers to cases and by those seeking professional services or products.

It is recommended that you have the following information readily available so you can copy and paste the information into your application.

• Receivership experience
• Courts in which you have had receivership cases
• Agencies with which you have worked
• Size of previous receivership cases
• List of previous receivership cases separated by line: Plaintiff 1, et al vs. Defendant 1, et al, Docket #. (Example SEC vs. Doe, et al. 11-cv-00056-TCB (N.D. Ga.). 
• Links to relevant case information.
• Files or documents you may want to upload in support of your application.
• Industry related specialties (there is a multi-select option from which to choose)
